New Moon & Nidra will offer a special centering practice, gentle yoga that invites the body to ease tension, and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation intended to offer deep rest and relaxation. Often called "Yogic Sleep", Yoga Nidra is an excellent way to find a release in tension and stress.

This class is floor based and focuses on passive stretching and gentle holds, allowing for deep release and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels, it's the perfect way to unwind and restore balance.

*Students are encouraged to bring a blanket and eye pillow or eye covering to be used during Yoga Nidra

Inversions Workshop with Nichole (90 Minutes)

Give your practice a fresh perspective. In this elevated flow, we’ll awaken circulation, bring oxygen-rich blood to the brain, and explore the art of getting upside down—safely, intelligently, and with a sense of play. Nichole will guide you through mobility prep, shoulder + core activation, and progressive drills that build confidence for shapes like Dolphin, Forearm Stand prep, Handstand entries at the wall, and soothing inversions to cool down.

Join our Bloom community to expand your aromatic and spiritual practice for an incense making workshop and yoga flow. Incense is a universal tool used for aromatherapy, ritual and uplifting the spirit. You’ll be guided through a brief history of incense and aromatic plant medicine and learn how to create your very own incense cones. We’ll use locally grown organic herbs from Kristin’s medicine herb garden and others that were carefully and sustainably sourced. Recipes will be offered, but we will welcome creativity while choosing the herbs that best suit your needs.
