Join us on Sunday, October 27th, at Bloom Yoga Collective for Namaste and Clay, a deeply restorative experience combining the meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the mindful art of pottery. This event offers you the perfect opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a space dedicated to calm and creativity.
We’ll begin with a soothing Yin Yoga practice, led by Nichole, designed to gently open the body and bring your mind into a state of quiet focus. Yin Yoga encourages deep relaxation and reflection, allowing you to tune into the subtleties of your breath and body. This slow, meditative movement will help you shift your mindset, preparing you to engage in a creative process with clarity and intention.
Following the yoga practice, you’ll be guided by Melanie, from Vegetabowls on how to hand-build your own custom incense or Palo Santo dish from clay. Working with your hands in this mindful way is a beautiful form of active meditation. Once your pieces are complete, they will be fired and glazed, and ready for you to take home a few weeks later—a special reminder of the peacefulness you cultivated during the event.
This is an event designed to help you unwind, embrace stillness, and explore a new form of creative expression. Spaces are limited, we expect this one to sell out quickly. Don’t miss your chance to slow down, connect with yourself, and try something new.
