All of our classes are grounded in the Bloom Method of Vinyasa Flow, emphasizing a seamless integration of breath with movement throughout each class. This approach ensures a cohesive and intentional experience, enhancing both physical alignment and mental clarity.

 

FOUNDATIONAL VINYASA FLOW

Our Foundational Vinyasa flow is where we set the foundation for all our yoga offerings. If you are just starting out on your yoga journey, this is a great place to get to know each posture and play with your practice. If you've been taking yoga for a while, try this class to tap into the foundation and get grounded to go further in each shape. Every teacher creates a unique sequence to share a variety of postures, however the aspect of breath to movement will always be the focus.

ELEVATED VINYASA FLOW

Take your yoga to the next level as you elevate your practice in this heated class. Each Elevated Vinyasa Flow sequence is individually crafted by the instructor and different every class to challenge you as you flow breath to movement. You'll experience deep embedded themes, new space in your body and get to explore peak postures. Prepare to open your mind and your body as you go deeper to find your authentic way of moving on your mat. This class is heated up to 95°.

PILATES + FLOW

Get ready to sweat, shake, and strengthen. Pilates + Flow is a challenging, heat-infused class that blends powerful yoga sequences with intense Pilates-inspired movements designed to fire up your core, sculpt every major muscle group, and push your limits with purpose. This class is heated up to 95 degrees.

FUSION FLOW

Fusion Flow is our set signature blend of intentional yoga poses with minor variations between teachers. This class is intentionally designed to help you grow your practice each time you come to your mat by practicing the same shapes time after time. Try our most detoxifying class, filled with heat and humidity, to help boost your immune system and strengthen you from the inside out. Bring a towel. This class is heated up to 95°.

TONE + FLOW

In our Tone and Flow yoga class, you'll feel the foundation of a vinyasa flow yoga class blended with heart-pumping movement, but always in a mindful way. Weights are provided (and optional). Think yoga + pilates + cardio + a lot of core work. There’s a high possibility you’ll sweat and you will definitely be sore tomorrow. This class is heated up to 95 degrees.

FLOW + CHILL

Step into the serene sanctuary of Flow and Chill, where we seamlessly blend the invigorating rhythm of our Foundational Vinyasa Flow with the tranquil depths of Yin and Restorative Yoga. Begin by igniting your inner fire as we flow through dynamic poses, syncing breath with movement to build strength and flexibility. Then, gracefully transition into a gentle Yin-style sequence, sinking deeper into stretches to release tension and invite profound relaxation. This class is the best of both worlds and assists with creating balance and harmony. This class is room temperature.

WARM YIN

Indulge in deep relaxation with our Warm Yin class, a harmonious blend of Yin and Restorative yoga designed to soothe the mind and body. This class is floor based and focuses on passive stretching and gentle holds, allowing for deep release and rejuvenation. This class is warmed to 85 degrees to help soften your muscles. Suitable for all levels, it's the perfect way to unwind and restore balance.
